Join us just outside of the nation’s capital on April 20-21 for the 2012 Accessibility Summit!

For the seventh year, the Crowne Plaza Tysons Corner will serve as the Summit’s host hotel. Located 12 miles from Reagan National and Dulles Airports and less than two miles from the conference site, the Crowne Plaza is conveniently situated for exploring the museums and monuments of this historic area. The hotel offers a huttle bus to the Metro station, which is the easiest way to visit the sites in Washington, DC.

• The Summit Group Rate is $92 plus tax per night for a room with 2 doubles or a king bed. Fully accessible rooms are available, but must be requested and reserved in advance.
• Attendees must make their own reservations and are responsible for any changes or cancellations.
• If calling for reservations, please identify yourself as a conference attendee to receive the Summit Group Rate, which is valid Wednesday, April 18th through Sunday, April 22nd
• The deadline for reservations is April 1, 2012. After that date, reservations will only be accepted on a space-available basis, and the discounted Summit Group Rate may not apply.
• The availability of hotel rooms is not guaranteed, so reservations should be made early.
• The Crowne Plaza will provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the Summit. A shuttle schedule will be provided at hotel check-in and posted on the Summit web site prior to the conference.
