McLean Hilton Hotel to Host Summit Attendees!
The Accessibility Summit is pleased to partner with the McLean Hilton Hotel for out-of-town attendees of the 2017 Accessibility Summit.
Special Group Rate – $95.00 per night plus tax for a room with either 2 doubles or 1 king bed, which also includes complimentary parking and guest room Internet. For those who want to arrive in the DC area early or stay a little longer, the group rate will apply from March 22-27. That means you can make reservations beginning as early as Wednesday, March 22 and check out as late as Monday, March 27.
The cut-off date for hotel reservations is March 3, 2017, unless the room block is full. The availability of hotel rooms at the group rate cannot be guaranteed, so reservations should be made early, using the link below. Accessible rooms are available, but must be reserved in advance. Transportation – The McLean Hilton is located one mile from the Silver Line Tysons Corner Metro Station and offers complimentary shuttle pick-up for hotel guests. Metro station pick-ups must be scheduled in advance by calling 703-847-5000. Attendees who fly into Reagan National Airport can take the Metro to Tysons Corner. Anyone flying into Washington Dulles Airport will have the option of taking a taxi, Uber, or the Super Shuttle (supershuttle.com or 800-258-3826)) for transportation to the hotel.
The Hilton Hotel and McLean Bible Church will team up to provide complimentary shuttle service to and from the Summit venue on Friday and Saturday, March 24-25. The schedule will be posted in March.
