Important General Registration Information
- The Accessibility Summit is a conference for adults age 18 or older ONLY. Children are not permitted at the Summit, (including general sessions, workshops, and exhibit area), other than children with special needs who are pre-registered for Summit childcare.
- Attendees are encouraged to register early for optimal choice in workshops.
- Registrations are non-refundable. Name changes or substitutions for registrations are only permitted until April 6, 2012.
- Conference registration includes Summit materials, refreshments on Friday and Saturday, lunch on Saturday, and access to the Exhibit Hall.
- Certificates of Completion are available upon request.
- For promotional purposes, videos and photographs are taken during the conference. Your registration constitutes permission for the Summit to use your photo for future promotional purposes. This consent does not apply to children or adults with special needs who are registered for child/adult care during the Summit.
Child and Adult Care Information
- Child and Adult care is available on Friday evening, April 20 and Saturday, April 21 only for those with special needs.
- Cost of care is $25 per child/adult for Friday evening from 6:00-10:00 PM and $49 per child/adult for Saturday from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.
- Space is limited and advanced reservation is required, so register early.
- An updated 2012 personal profile and medical release must be on file with Access Ministry by April 1, 2012.
- Child/adult care is available only for registered Summit attendees. Reservations and full payment for care must accompany attendee registration.
- You must bring all food, drink, personal care items, a change of clothes, and medications for your child or adult.
